ARE THE HARNESSES ADJUSTABLE?

Yes, all OLLYBYSO dog harnesses can be adjusted in various places on the body. Please note, size charts differ between different harnesses.

We have harnesses with 2, 3 or 4 points of adjustment depending on the style you choose.

 

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HARNESS STYLES?

We provide a detailed description of each dog harness on the individual listing pages. This includes the products features, benefits, materials and construction of the harness. We have listed just some features below and own opinions below. We recommend you visit the product page to find out more! 

Simple Adjustable Harness - 3 points of adjustment, over head harness, great for small dogs and small adventures. 

Attachment Adjustable Harness - Our no pull simple adjustable harness is the same as the above harness but features a ring attachment on the chest of harness as well as the back.

Escapade Adjustable Harness - Also can be used as a no pull dog harness, our Escapade harness has 4 points of adjustment, a step in harness, a durable harness for further afield adventure and hikes. 

FIT Adjustable Harness - Designed for movement with no surface material underbody the could possibly restrict the dog moving depending on the shape and size of breed. This harness can be a step in harness with a reflective high vis strip across the chest and an adjustable strap under body. 

 

CAN I WASH MY DOGS HARNESS? 

Escapade Performance Harness and FIT Harness are advised to be hand washed only. 

We have wash care instructions on each harness listing, please check the specific harness page as the care differs between harnesses.

Our range of Simple Adjustable Harnesses can be machine washed on a low temperature. Please note, regular machine washing on a high temperature will cause colour to fade, therefore we strongly advise hand washing first.

ARE YOUR DOG HARNESSES WATERPROOF?

FIT Harness is shower resistant.

Escapade Harnesses are water repellent. The dog harnesses are finished with a PFC free DWR coating.

Simple Adjustable Harness is not waterproof, this material will absorb water but the high grade neoprene has quick drying capabilities. 

 

WHICH HARNESSES ARE NO PULL DOG HARNESSES?

Our Attachment Adjustable Harness and Escapade Harness are designed with a no pull features, this is a fore chest attachment for leads or training lines which are commonly used to help with training. This is to help with training, not to fix pulling on lead issues.

 

IN-BETWEEN SIZES WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our harness size chart is provided for a guide, each size overlaps with the next size up. If you are on the edge of a measurement we advise you size up. Please leave 1-2 fingers between your dogs body and tape measure when taking measurements, please also consider their fluff and coat if this applies to you dog! We are more than happy to help if you would prefer to send you measurements for us to help match your dog up to one of our dog harnesses. We can not suggest a size based on photographs. 

 

HOW DO I PUT THE HARNESS ON?

Introducing sustainability to a business takes time and this is something we invested time and research into from the start. DO YOU SUPPORT SWAPS WITHIN YOUR COMMUNITY?

We feel strongly about recycling items where we can, we encourage all customers to consider recycling their unwanted dogwear before throwing items out. To help reduce wastage in the pet space we created a marketplace on Facebook called OLLYBYSO FAMILY. In this group you can giveaway, sell or request any dogwear. We welcome all brands. DO YOU DELIVER TO ME?

Yes, we dispatch orders all over the world. Once you enter your postcode at checkout, postage prices will appear for your country. We ship worldwide.

 

HAS COVID-19 AFFECTED YOUR SERVICE?

We want you to know we are still here working hard to create, design and dispatch products. Please accept our apologies is customer service may take slightly longer than normal. We are a very small team covering all areas of the business, we will always respond to customer care emails. The dispatch of all orders are being handled at the same speed, however, delivery couriers may be experiencing delays, this is out of our hands and we apologise if you experience later than expected delivery. Couriers are working under very different circumstances so we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. To put your mind at ease, we do except returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.
